Soeun completed her Ph.D. graduate studies on the skin development under the supervision of Dr. Dennis Roop at Baylor College of Medicine. Subsequently, she joined Dr. Arthur Beaudet’s group, also at Baylor, as a postdoctoral fellow. In the Beaudet lab she investigated epigenetic modifications and its roles in patient with autism spectrum disorders. At Yale, she will study molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases.
